Insert the nozzle into your nostril and depress the pump completely while breathing in through your nose. Spray 1 to 2 times in each nostril, no more than 3 times a day, and do not use continuously for more than 3 days. We recommend that you take a day off before resuming use. After that, use it only when you have symptoms and as needed.

*You may experience mild stinging; this normally resolves itself within a few uses of the nasal spray. Should the stinging continue for more than 4 or 5 days, please discontinue use, and seek medical help as this may indicate a medical condition.
*Do not use this product if you are allergic to bees, bee products, or citric acid.
