    [1] About payment

    • Green Spa Hawaii requires advance payment.
    • From the date of orderWithin 7 daysPlease make a payment. *If you wish to extend your stay, please contact us via email within 7 days.
    • Please note that if payment is not confirmed within two weeks, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. Limited items will be automatically canceled after one week.


      [2] Regarding product packaging and shipping

      • Once we confirm your payment, we will ship within 1-7 business days. It is packed with cushioning material to prevent damage. The shipping fee includes material costs as a packaging fee.
      • The product will be shipped by our designated carrier.
      • Please note that shipping charges are subject to change due to changes in carrier rates.
      • According to the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, the quantity that can be purchased for personal import (cosmetics, etc.) is limited to 24 items per item. If you order more than the specified number at one time, we will split the order into two shipments and ship them at a later time. Please note that in this case, we may charge additional shipping charges.

      • We are very sorry, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. Please check carefully before placing your order. 


      [5] Regarding damage, damage, and defects in delivered products

      • In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect, damaged, or soiled item, we will replace it at our expense, except in the following cases. We will respond only if you contact us within 7 days after receiving the product. When the product arrives, please check the contents immediately.

       *All products are shipped by air from the United States, so we cannot guarantee any unavoidable changes in the condition of the product during transportation, such as the examples below, or changes in the condition of the product while it is in the customer's storage after receiving it. Please be careful.

      Example) Deformation of the box or damage to the container 

      • Changes in the condition of the box and seals due to changes in air pressure during air transportation, etc.
      • Small amounts of contents leak due to pressure changes during air transportation, and containers and labels become soiled due to this.
      • Changes in product condition due to climate/temperature (we do not accept refrigerated shipments)
      • In principle, a product defect is defined as a shipping error or a major defect that makes the delivered product clearly unfit for use. Elements that involve the user's subjectivity, such as product odor, flavor, color, and feeling of use, cannot be treated as defects in internal use of the product. Additionally, please note that we cannot treat delicate scratches or defects that the manufacturer does not judge as defective, such as errors in content, as defects in the product.
      • In principle, we will replace damaged items with the same item, but in the unlikely event that the item is out of stock at the manufacturer, we will issue a replacement item or refund the amount of the item. There may be cases.
      • We will not be able to respond to any items that have expired, regardless of the reason, so please check the item as soon as it arrives.

      • When the products we handle are delivered to customers outside the United States, they are treated as products exported from us and imported into Japan. When you shop at Green Spa Hawaii's online shop and apply to arrange for products, you are the importer and are responsible for the importation of the products as a "personal importer." (This is similar to the case of shopping on a trip overseas and bringing the products home.) There are restrictions on the quantity that can be imported by individuals at a time, the purpose of use, etc., so please be sure to check and agree to the personal import agency in advance.       • In the unlikely event that your order exceeds these regulations and there is a problem such as confiscation during import customs clearance, we cannot provide any guarantees as a general rule.
      • The customer (importer) is responsible for receiving and using the exported product. In the unlikely event that any trouble occurs when receiving or using the product, the responsibility rests with the individual customer (importer), and our company cannot accept any responsibility. Please also note that we cannot guarantee any changes in the condition of the product or handling of the product after export.
      • The premise of this transaction is that the customer (importer) is responsible for receiving, using, and storing the product.
      • Since a sale has already been completed upon export, we have the right to claim the full price of the product regardless of whether the customer (importer) receives it or not.
      • The product information posted (product images, contents, descriptions, ingredient display, etc.) is updated from time to time with new information, but there may be product changes by the manufacturer or typographical errors in the information provided by the manufacturer to us. In rare cases, there may be some differences from the actual product specifications due to defects. Please note that in such cases, we cannot guarantee the posted information unless there is a major difference that would make the product appear to be a completely different product.
      • A transaction contract is established based on your application and our agreement. Your order will only be officially arranged once it has been confirmed by us. Please note that we will notify you of acceptance of the contract when the product is shipped.
      • Regarding applications that are suspected of unauthorized access, name falsification, acquisition fraud, business obstruction, etc. by our credit management system, as well as inquiries that are deemed to be nuisance activities such as slander, blackmail, and forced demands, please contact us. We will not be able to respond in any way. In addition, we will no longer provide any services to users for whom this fact has been confirmed after the fact. In particularly malicious cases, in order to prevent the damage from spreading, a warning may be sent to the prefectural police through a Japanese lawyer, and legal action may be taken in Japan and the US after consulting with a legal advisor. Additionally, for similar acts of nuisance against external companies to which we outsource operations, the external companies may take their own legal measures. In that case, please note that we may cooperate in providing information only if it is deemed necessary.

      • We pay the utmost attention to protecting your personal information. We handle your personal information with the utmost care, and in principle, we do not transfer or disclose it to third parties for purposes other than shipping and customs procedures, except for the purpose of providing appropriate services such as those listed below.
