Wedderspoon Manuka Honey hasK factor 16andK factor 12There are two types.
K factor 16is a Manuka honey that primarily uses only manuka pollen and is classified as 'monofloral'.
K factor 12Manuka honey is classified as 'multifloral' as it uses pollen collected from multiple types of flowers, trees or shrubs, including manuka.
If it is used on a daily basis to sweeten tea or as a sugar substitute,K factor 12“Multifloral” foods are more affordable and provide a level of nutrition that supports your immune system.
K factor 16Monofloral products are more expensive, but they are more effective in boosting immunity and restoring health after illness.
